Technology is our new world today. Digital relationships is the new wave for international business deals nowadays. Even making food orders and groceries are done online now. Everything has to be intervened by digital services. Because this is the only way we can stay away from each other’s close contacts, if not being totally avoided.

The stress level for people not having the needed means is expected to go high now.

Especially those who are unprepared.

How will you detach yourself from being left-out? How would you prepare if this goes on?

What if All These: ECQ, GCQ, MECQ and MGCQ are Totally Lifted

The expectation vs reality in the second wave is something people are both afraid of and cannot picture out. This pandemic has paralized most humans from their mentality, optimism and has suppressed the no-fear attitudes of most millennials.

How will you avoid yourself from being upset? How would you face the new norms now?

What about your family? How about your studies and about your job?

If these protocols are being lifted, then comes next? We are being consumed by question marks in our heads now. And all the answers are still blurry. No exact solution.

Ther’s still no vaccination. No vivid decisions from the authorities So how will you cope with the stress of questions you brought yourself into now?

The New Norm

Let’s talk about JOB.

It’s undeniable that we have some corporate jobs being frozen and worst, the people handling them are terminated from their respective positions. Why? Because the economy has to cope. The sustainability of a certain business is tested under this current situation.

The new norm is in the digital world now. The absolute usage of technology is the new norm. More people are going into freelancing and studying online to finally pursue digital businesses and digital jobs.

The new norm is being distant to each other now and being alone with your workstation where you can just see people on your screens. It might be too harsh to say that this is the new standard of today, but we have no choice.

We have to save ourselves and our family. Besides, the digital world is our most favorite thing every day. We have to take advantage of what we can get it from and only make it work to avoid the stress it brings.

So how do you cope with the stress it brings?

1. Breathe

This is the best time for us to breathe. We have been running here and there.

Forgetting even how to eat properly, talk engagingly and process things with focus and commitment. Breathe, nature is calling us back to consume what she can give.

2. Engage

Talk to your friends and families. Those who are inside your home become present with them. Spend quality time with them. Go online and say “HI” to people you missed and loved to talk to. Attend a meeting if you still have a job.

Serve you clients online if you work-from-home. Connect with your bosses on the phone. Just take advantage of the lighter side. Don’t over-kill yourself with boredom.

3. Appreciate what you can still do

The situation might be so freezing but it should not paralyze all of us. We can still do things like those that we missed to do. Bring back your hobbies, your arts, your crafts, your cooking abilities, your talent, your skills, your “kid” inside.

4. Take advantage of the opportunities

We may have limited spaces because we can’t even get out freely, but with technology we can always be free to do what we need to do. If you are being crafty and you do your thing, you can be somebody online by using your skills. In fact, you might bring more clients with you and earn a living. Take advantage of the jobs online, the businesses online and the courses online.

5. Education should never stop. So “Study”.

“There are so many fishes in the ocean.” This is just but one simple quote but it can bring back your positivity about life. The world out there is standing business as usual. Not all is closed. So study. Empower yourself.

Enter into the opportunity this pandemic brings. You may study things online by enrolling in courses so you could be empowering your skills and boosting yourself.

There are many courses available to enroll on.

A lot of clients are asking Freelance VAs to help them keep going in business. This course is one of the most effective that you can get hired easily nowadays. Once you own a
website of your own, it is easy to get noticed by clients.

Digital Thought

Save yourself from slothing around. Stay at home, it can save other lives as well.

Empower yourself by enhancing your skills in the digital world where the new trend is being at home and the new norm is social distancing.

Manage yourself well and empower your knowledge and skills. This is a kit where you can get away from the stress this choking situation can bring. As soon as you realize you are already enjoying the things instead of being bored, the pandemic will be over. And you are who you build now. Someone who has a name online. We’ll never know your website will become one of the most in-demand online now.
